There wasn’t an appliance dolly at this location. No indication that it wouldn’t be there. Area Field Manager Brandon Hunter directed me to another location that had a dolly. No appliance dolly was there. Called Brandon Hunter again and had to leave a message. He never called me back. I had to rent a regular dolly to move my appliances. This made it harder and longer using cargo straps. This put me behind schedule and I had to work harder with less time to get the rental back on time. Had to drop the dolly off first then go to the other location to drop the rental truck off. I learned my lesson!!!!

Advertised open on Sundays on Uhaul site. Let me book 10am Sunday pickup. Location obviously not open on Sunday.

The person on shift when I picked up the trailer hooked up the trailer incorrectly and dangerously. I had to fix it. He also wasn’t planning on testing the lights until I told him to watch while I tested them. He told me not to take pictures and that he would do it, but he only took 1 picture from the side. The trailer had wood chips and debris in it when I received it. When I returned the equipment, the lady on shift was the only person available running the store and could not help me lift the trailer off the hitch. I had to get another customer to lift it with me.

Just be prepared for the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. That was overwhelming to me because I am not accustomed to being around anyone or any environment with smoke.
