They were not prepared for pick up.
Despite my pre-check in, it took over one hour to get "checked in".
Did not have blankets or dolly as previously ordered.
I had to work on trailer lights to get MOST of the lights working.
Very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

The reason for the negative review on drop is that we returned our truck two days early, 100 miles under our mileage and more fuel than we were suppose to have. We ask for a credit. We have rented Uhaul for over twenty years with our business. The field manager said no to any credits. I will not rent again! Uhaul has made 10’000’s of dollars of me! So much for customer service and appreciation. I will go straight Penske now.
