Maybe get more trucks and get some vans in NW Ok. We’ve rented from UHaul the last month and have had to jump through hoops to get a truck. The locations around here are not the issue, it’s the fact that the UHaul corporation caters to the big cities over us smaller folk! You guys could make a ton more money with your prices if you just put in the effort! Once again this does not reflect the individual business I got the rental from, they were excellent. This needs to be seen by corporate!

Ethan WWas amazing and very accommodating. We rented a 5x8 trailer and when we got up the road. My suv blew a heater hose (no fault of uhaul mind you just a weak hose) so we had to turn around. They had no problem halting the transaction and flipping my rental for a small box truck instead. Was easy and stress free the whole time. Alva uhaul is always a must for rental truck/trailer needs.
Wayne MNo cash on hand for refunding the 100 i had to pay as a deposit. Now I have to wait until uhaul does the refund, and I am sure it won't be in cash like I used. This stuff does piss me off, when a.company that is considered a professional company, does not plan ahead for the return event. Especially when the date is set in advance for the return.
