The person working at this pick up point was far more concerned with the threat of impending weather than in offering any assistance. He rushed the transaction as quick as he could in an effort to close EARLY! My reservation was for a 20 ft truck and was given a 26 ft truck. He had no interest in hearing any concerns I had about driving something that big. He presented a take it or leave it option! No offer to look elsewhere for what I wanted. There was NO instruction for operation! Here are your pads ! Here is the key! And he was gone! If not for my desperation I would have gone elsewhere!

Evan ILocation was trashed. Office full of debris and filthy. Truck had a partially flat tire and owner told me there was nothing he could do. He told me I needed to go to an auto shop and get air. I asked him if it was his responsibility to rent out a fully functional vehicle. He told me I could take it or leave it. Truck was clear of loose debris but not wiped down or free of stains. I rent from Uhaul often and I've never seen a place as filthy or an owner that could care less. I ended up switching the vehicle out with another uhaul at another location.

Paul GMost unprofessional, inefficient process a customer could go through. Dealing with uhaul has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I made a reservation 5 days in advance. And when I show up, they claimed to have no 15 ft trucks. Although I counted 6 on the lot in the current moment. I said okay, where can I get one? They proceed to send me 20 miles up the road to retrieve a 10ft box truck. And in doing so resulted in having to make 3 trips. This increasing my miles. All while "being helped" by a very unhappy employee, whom mentioned repeatedly that he couldn't wait to quit his job. And his two co workers agreed. And the regional lady who can see what trucks they have available in the region, also agreed. Not to mention SHE WAS ON SPEAKER PHONE TALKING BAD ABOUT HER EMPLOYER. Moving on to business, the TWO HOUR DELAY cost me 250$ in labor and profits. Not to mention the extra 80 miles I had to drive to compensate for the small truck. All of this, after having made a reservation 5 days in advance. I'm going to figure out how to contact Cory Strahan and he's going to hear about my experience. I'm not done, I want 75% of my bill AT LEAST refunded.

David YWhen we drove the truck off the lot, we noticed that the check engine light was on and stayed that way. We called for assistance from U-Haul’s main number and were told “drive it until it breaks down. Then call for assistance on the road.” We called the road side assistance to ask a technician and were told the same thing. Luckily it just had no ABS or traction control. Cruise control turned off because the ABS light stayed on. Personally, when driving 450 miles, I’d prefer a truck with no lights and maybe a better customer service rep that would understand that idea.

Robert RTerry is always so easy to work with. He is SUPER kind and ALWAYS so helpful. I rent trucks from Terry quite often because my business requires hauling a lot of inventory to jobs sites. Terry makes the rental process seamless ! I am in and out of his store in no time and ready to start the job at hand! I will never forget one super cold, icy morning last winter, Terry had the windshield cleared of thick ice and the truck warmed up for me! He truly is the best!

Geri HI wasn’t sure if I could leave my personal vehicle at this location while I was using the moving truck. Owners never returned my calls so I had to leave it somewhere else because there were signs all over that it could be towed.

Kristopher CIt took almost an hour for us to pick up our truck. Our pickup time was 9AM and we didn't receive the truck until 9:40AM. Everyone that I called at Uhaul for customer service was wonderful and they were the ones that helped us schedule the pickup and helped with the return when we had tech problems. The only downside was the sheer amount of time it took to pick up the vehicle.

Brett RTrailer worked great. Not happy being charged the extra for insurance (safe tow $24.00). We specifically denied insurance when 1st making the reservation. Don't know why it was on there when he ran my card but he never asked anything. Once I saw it on my receipt, they guy said it's too late to take off Total bill way higher than I planned due to this insurance scam.
