All of the questions above have a yes and no answer.&My moving needs were clearly met. The cargo bay of the truck was clean. However, the cab had coffee spilled in the cupholders on the dash and on the floor and the windshield was very dirty. I went ahead and used the truck because I really needed it and reported it to the owner of B&C Auto Parts upon its return so it would be clean for the next person. The owner was very helpful and nice.I hate to report this but the inside of the building looked like a dump with papers all over the floor especially when I stepped behind the counter to the computer. It reminded me of being in an elderly person’s home who is a hoarder. Stuff everywhere! Like I said the owner was very friendly and helpful. Not sure if I would send my wife or daughter there because of the lack of cleanliness.

Process was easy and did not take very long. Owner was very nice and the truck was in good shape with good AC. No issues with pick up or drop off. Overall a pretty seamless experience.
