I wasn’t sure if I could leave my personal vehicle at this location while I was using the moving truck. Owners never returned my calls so I had to leave it somewhere else because there were signs all over that it could be towed.

Kristopher CIt took almost an hour for us to pick up our truck. Our pickup time was 9AM and we didn't receive the truck until 9:40AM. Everyone that I called at Uhaul for customer service was wonderful and they were the ones that helped us schedule the pickup and helped with the return when we had tech problems. The only downside was the sheer amount of time it took to pick up the vehicle.
