I had originally scheduled with a different U-Haul location. Even though I had a reservation, they had no truck for me. I got sent to this location, they were closed and I had to go through the online process. It was not user friendly and took up a lot more unexpected time. We were on the phone with customer service the entire time and they were no help. They could not see what we were doing. I will not be getting a truck from U-Haul again.

Barry BI dropped after hours so no personnel to work with
Christopher SI was charged an additional $40 for an extra day that I didn’t use and the next time you rent a U-Haul be advised you will pay almost double of what was advertised since it’s a franchise and both U-Haul’s (if you return it to a different location) will collect there money.
