When I arrived, the location did not have my dollies or blankets that I had requested. They dug around and found 10 out of the 24 blankets and gave them to me in an unfolded and heaping pile with duck tape all over them. The truck also had less than 1/8th of a tank of gas.
Kristy MLocation took 30 minutes to provide keys. Did not understand the process related to mobile app customer experience.
Guy KThe cab of the truck smelled horrible and was not cleaned after the last person had used it. The person who had the truck before me left items including drugs in the cab. From the look of the cab of the truck tells me that this location does not inspect or clean between truck usage. This location does not carry all the items needed for moving. I was charged for furniture covers and there were none in the truck upon pick up. Decent customer service but when I felt like I needed a bigger truck he did not offer another option and it’s just not a great location for U-Haul.

Daniel LIt took a long time for me to get the uhaul. Something with the system wasn’t working and the guy told me basically there was nothing that he can do. I had to complain for him to call the help desk to put the info in manually. I thought that was the point of the reservation because they had everything. There was no dolly, or wraps. When I called back he told me I had to ask for that instead of him making that known. Had I known I would have mentioned it. So I had nothing to help for my move which made it way harder for my movers. On top of that I’m charged over what I was told. The over all experience was horrible. I tried calling to complain but the hold time was 60min.
sonequa bCharged me 120 and I brought it back on half a tank. That’s shit was wack it was 160 for 12 hrs for the med truck not the smaller and charged me 54 dollars for extra shit they didn’t have like dolly and other moving equipment that shit was wack like this shit supposed to be more affordable. The service wasn’t terrible
David MI was only dropping off the equipment, not sure if one would be offered a sit in an office if I were to rent one instead. It's just a store. Hence, no sit for customers.
mercy uRep that handled pick up was unfamiliar with the U-Haul tablet and software. The same rep tried to charge double what my estimated amount was
raymond bDirty location in a ghetto. Trash all over parking lot. Uninviting. Would never return here again. Staff couldn’t find my reservation and was attempting to refuse to let me return vehicle. Telling me I didn’t have a contract with Uhaul. Spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to/talking to a uhaul agent to get this situated. Staff was very rude.

LaShawn BWaited 2hrs for check out. When I checked it in after 1.5hrs of using it. It was supposed to be done. However when I checked my email the next day it was never checked in. I had to waste another day to go there and complete it. Then on top of this the price of a 10’ Uhaul isn’t 19.95 for in town. My total was $140 plus they said I went over 4 miles. On my GPS I went from 288 to 45S….GPS has it at 17miles. Apparently it’s only 30 miles I can use…..I don’t know how to calculate but about 3 weeks before this I rented a bigger U haul and drove more for $114. Same insurance and all. Not recommended. Home Depot have it cheaper and unlimited miles.
ALEXIS GNo one was there to help me load the trailer. Upon my return, I was not issued a paper receipt of return or fees due to U-haul for my verification. The people were nice, they just have terrible customer service. I figure the person in charge just wants to get paid but doesn't care about the safety of the people that rent from him/her.
Frederic DThe girl working behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. She kept rolling her eyes at me and wouldn’t even speak to me. She would shrug her shoulders in response. She didn’t know how to handle anything in the system. She was more interested in texting and talking on her phone than she was with the customer. She left me standing at the counter with no knowledge of what she was doing. This was an AWFUL experience with this location and it give Uhaul a bad name to be associated with it.

ELLISA WB and G is not a Uhaul drop off location and they did not assist with helping me find another one. 800 Uhaul number never picked up. I called another nearby drop off location and she was able to help me.
