No dolly and I payed for it. Did not seem to truly care I was inconvenienced.

I rented 2 furniture dollys and 1 utility dolly, and when I scheduled the rental it said they had everything. When I got there the guy said he didnt have anything avaliable so I asked for a refund and he said he didnt know how to do a refund.

BARBARA EIt is not safety, when the homeless guy stay next to vehicle, and ask for money every time. The paper work does not show clear information, I have to come back to ask more information
