The cab of the truck smelled horrible and was not cleaned after the last person had used it. The person who had the truck before me left items including drugs in the cab. From the look of the cab of the truck tells me that this location does not inspect or clean between truck usage. This location does not carry all the items needed for moving. I was charged for furniture covers and there were none in the truck upon pick up. Decent customer service but when I felt like I needed a bigger truck he did not offer another option and it’s just not a great location for U-Haul.

Sheri AUpon return process completion, site instructed to leave keys in “drop box”. This location does not have a drop box.attempted to Return keys to employee inside and he refused to accept them
