We set up being able to pick up the truck before opening. The owner decided not to honor the arrangement and there was no truck available when I arrived. Uhaul customer service sent me to another location to get a truck, but it was rented to someone else just as I arrived. I ended up going back to the original location which was open by the time I got back. The owner told me he would not be compensating me for the extra time I would need the two crews I had, after the customer service person said he would have to compensate me. He just decided not to make his truck available before opening without notifying me and was not apologetic about it. It didn't matter that he caused such difficulty and turmoil. Either he should not offer the service or he should provide it. And at least be apologetic about the immense difficulty he caused. The truck was clean inside the cab and dirty outside.

I’ve been pleased with B&N Automotive as a nearby UHaul rental business and it is my first choice when I need a utility trailer for transporting an ATV. Convenient, fast checkout and return, and the business owner is helpful.

The computer was slow, but other than that the service was very good. The guy explained everything very well. Our only problem was that by himself he was over worked and forgot to give us the key. Fortunately, we were only about four miles away, so we all had a good laugh about it, even several cousters waiting to be served. In all it was a very good experience!

I called in about the truck not running right and sent a mobile mechanic out that wanted me to stop unloading to drive around in which I told him could he wait 30 minutes or to come back because my helpers were be paid by the hour , he just drove off and never came back 🔙😭

If it wasn't for the big UHaul sign, we would have passed it. It's a good size lot, but a little cramped, tights driving area. Nothing to improve on their customer service. The gentleman that signed me in, was very helpful. I'm not good at using my phone for internet services, but he took care of that by showing me every step and even did things I didn't understand.

This location is fraudulent and didn't report the damage report to the cargo accurately and immediately charged my account without using the SafeMove insurance I purchased.
