How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was dirty and smelled like body odor. The lot was completely full of trucks but said they didn't have any 10 foot trucks available online even though when I arrived for my reservation there were plenty. So not only did I have to reserve for a larger truck but I paid extra for it as well. The virtual pick up process was horrible. They are located in a crappy service area so uploading items and doing the virtual pick up took almost 45 minutes. The personal verification was a horrible experience as well, not sure if it was because of the service causing connection issues or what but I had to provide 2 different references to confirm my identity and both of my references said the person that called to verify was really rude to them. The virtual dropoff is stupid. Right when I got on site it said to drop the keys in the lock box. It didn't prompt me to do anything else. Then after I drove away it said to begin the check out but when I opened it because I wasn't at the location anymore it wouldn't connect to complete the check out! How stupid! Why didn't it prompt me to complete the checkout before telling me to drop the keys in the lock box. I will probably never rent from U-Haul again and especially never from that location again.

Juan CStrongly recommend having WiFi available for after hours check-in/out. It took me 45 minutes to return the truck because my cell phone connection was not great.
