The system was down which resulted in an hour and a half wait. There really should have been some sort of discount offered for this extreme inconvenience.

Dude is an asshole and it took over 2 hours just to get the truck

Chad SI didn’t know the procedure for returning the unit required the APP, and taking a photo, and then sending the picture, from the return location. I had to make a second trip to the location, and still needed to call customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged a late fee. Next time I’ll know, but the rental agent should have asked me if I knew the return procedure when I rented the trailer.
