We had a terrible experience with Uhaul. We were called one day before our move. We moved 3 hours away a household of 5. We were offered a 20ft trailer instead of the 26ft we had reserved a week before our move. We had no other option but to take the 20ft as it was one day before we could not find a large enough truck for our move. Upon picking up the uhaul we were told we could pick up at anytime as long as it’s returned the same time on the next day, however when we got there for the 20ft truck ( had to drive 40 minutes just to get to it because the closest one was in another town) the location services was messing up and we had to wait an hour to even get the truck which put out entire day behind schedule. The truck was located in a field , that was filled with huge puddles & water from the recent rain causing mosquitoes to surround everything. My husbands shoes got soaked just trying to get the vehicle and walking back and forth trying to get access. We have used uhaul all over the place multiple times in the past and I won’t ever be using them again. However the drop off process went smooth.

JOE Rlocks need to be updated because they are nearly impossible to open. The door locks on the Truck were also tricky. Key got stuck and had to apply wd40 to make it turn to get the key out.

Richard PPreviously, I contacted you by a chat conversation reporting how dirty the truck was that I picked up at B&A Automotive. I also attached pictures of the mud and dirt inside the cab and loading area. I had to scrape and wash out the mud from the loading area before I could even load my furniture into it I know that you charge a cleaning fee to anyone that returns a dirty truck. I feel that that I deserve a credit/refund for receiving a truck so dirty. When talking with Gilbert on a chat conversation, he stated that I could be issued a credit after the truck was turned in. I have not yet seen any credit on my account.
