We had to go farther than we original planned in order to pickup the size truck that we needed and so therefore it cost us more because of the mileage. I think they could have taken the truck to the original location that we tried to rent it from since it was only a short distance away. We had to pay $3.00 extra because of the location where we had to go to pickup the size truck we wanted.

I'm frustrated and extremely disappointed. I won't be using U-haul ever again. This is the second time I've been screwed because of incorrect information on the contract. I took pictures this last time but was told since I didn't come into the store before hand there wasn't anything they could do. You lost my business and hopefully anyone else I can share my experiences too. Very disappointed and would like to talk with someone in management regarding these issues. Not satisfied at all.

It would have been good to have some help hooking up the trailer. I pretty got the trailer is out in the lot... No big deal but it would of been good to have a little help spotting for hook up.

I did as I was supposed to, put the keys in the glove box and left I got a rude nasty call a hour later telling me I left it in a bad spot with no keys and they were about to have it towed at my expense if I didn't come up there right now. I called back and told them I did leave keys and where they were and he told me that was stupid he had never heard that, and then hung up. If I wanted to maintain customers I would not have this as a drop off location.

The location we rented the truck and trailer from did a phenomenal job, they were extremely nice and accommodating. However at a corporate level uhaul is an unorganized disaster. They kept trying to screw up my reservation every step of the way. B& C rental was great though.

The gentleman at B&C rental even hooked the trailer up for me. I am handicapped and he helped me and was polite and seemed to appreciate my business!

My U-HAUL experience. • Booked 26' truck for location that opens at 7AM. Booked movers (not through UHAUL) to start at 8AM. The night before pickup, I get a message that my truck will be at the 8AM location, causing me to waste time with movers onsite. • Pick up truck from UHAUL and ask about the 3 dozen furniture pads and furniture dolly that I also rented. They inform me that they have neither of these things and there's nothing they can do. • I call another UHAUL location to see if they have pads and a dolly. They say yes, so I drive there. I rent items and pay for them. Go back to collect, and there are no furniture pads! They have none in stock so I have no idea what the UHAUL system does for inventory checks, but it's not ok. They cancelled the order and refunded this portion. • Truck loaded and I hit the road. I get a phone call later saying that I left a small puddle of a thick liquid in the driveway. Given the location of the fluid not being near the engine and it not being a lot, I continue my drive and say I'll check it out when I stop for gas shortly. I stop to get gas at 9:45 PM and crawl under the truck to find that in the ten minutes it took to get gas, there is a HUGE puddle under the passenger side rear tire. I call UHAUL and request assistance at just before 10PM. This is a ‘new' truck with only 26,000 miles on it! • Midnight – the first mechanic shows up and diagnoses a torn seal on the rear axle. He is not able to fix this and calls UHAUL to request a tow-truck. • UHaul calls me at 12AM to say that they are exploring options and likely getting me a tow truck. They call back at 2AM to tell me it will be TWO MORE HOURS until a truck will be at my location. The truck will be towed to my house and then towed away once the truck is empty. I voice my displeasure that I'm being told we are towing a truck to my house that leaks grease, so that it can sit in my driveway and leak grease all night. I'm told it's my only option. I will be able to drive to another location to get a new truck at 8-9AM as an emergency aid truck so that I do not disrupt the schedule of the movers that I booked through UHAUL. • Tow truck arrives at 4AM and tows me to the entrance to my neighborhood, unhooks me and I drive the 0.6 miles to the house hoping the truck doesn't lock up on me before I get there. I get to my new house at 5AM. • Movers show up and start unloading the truck at 9AM. UHAUL calls at 9:50AM to tell me that instead of getting a new truck, they will send the first mechanic back to replace the axle in my driveway, he will be there at 11AM and it will take him 3-4 hours to finish. He will ‘do his best' to clean up the existing mess in my driveway and the new mess from replacing the axle. Movers finish at 11:30 and they angrily leave because I have an inoperable truck and they will need to return when the truck is finished so that we can pick up furniture and bring it back. • Truck fixed and the movers meet me at 3PM to load up furni

Corporate can make sure that the branch you're picking up from has the equipment that you're supposed to be picking up not only the large pieces of equipment i.e. the trucks and trailers but also the smaller stuff i.e. the two wheel dolly and packing blankets. I was unable to get the packing blankets I requested due to the fact that corporate did not notify nor make available the packing blankets I had requested in the quantity that I had requested. Overall this is not the last time nor the first time I was I will be renting from Uhaul. Overall not a bad experience.

The staff was very unprofessional, they were using foul language and was not very attentive and gave us incorrect information regarding the price of overage on the miles. I was very disappointed.

B & C Rental in Greensburg was extremely difficult to deal with. They were uninformed about the uhaul experience. The charges were misepresented the expected charges and I am now trying to get someone from uhaul to respond to my billing problems. B & C refused to help me in any way regarding the billing problems.

We had a tire blowout on the trailer. When the guy came to replace it, he asked how far we were going because a number of the other tires were also bad. He said I shouldn't have been able to rent the truck with such bad tires! The windshield wiper blades were also bad! I think I should get a discount for being given such a dangerous rental!

Be helpful. My parents and I ended up having to go to another location to pick up our auto transporter because the people at B&C didn't help us with putting it on the hitch before we actually had to move. Instead, they hooked it on before we even picked up our truck - that would have been great if we weren't actually planning on using the ramp on the uhaul. Instead, we spent over an hour trying to back up and pull forward, back and forth trying to align the hitch and the ball on the auto transporter, and even then, we couldn't get it attached. This is a safety hazard and no, it's not like tying my shoe like they said it would be. This was horrible customer service and I would never recommend this site to anyone.
