I called in about the truck not running right and sent a mobile mechanic out that wanted me to stop unloading to drive around in which I told him could he wait 30 minutes or to come back because my helpers were be paid by the hour , he just drove off and never came back 🔙😭

If it wasn't for the big UHaul sign, we would have passed it. It's a good size lot, but a little cramped, tights driving area. Nothing to improve on their customer service. The gentleman that signed me in, was very helpful. I'm not good at using my phone for internet services, but he took care of that by showing me every step and even did things I didn't understand.

This location is fraudulent and didn't report the damage report to the cargo accurately and immediately charged my account without using the SafeMove insurance I purchased.

He needs help. I went there 3 times and every time waited over 30 minutes and twice was to just ask questions because the phone never gets answered (any hours of any day). Nice guy but it’s a one man show.

The ramp was covered in cow manure, and the location was closed by the time I pulled the ramp out and I was moving something that was time sensitive and couldn’t wait. All my items are dirty and required cleaning due to the cow manure

Reserved a dolly never was informed that it wasn't available when I had move major appliances. Also renting a truck for a few hours and returned the same day, $95 rental fee is absurd!!! Gas was barely touched...

I was rent one day a pick up 29.00$ lus milles after 50 . I was drop very closed where I was . That was impossible to drop more of 35milles. When I return the car . The Guy give me attitude and told me they will e-mail that recipe that never happened. And I was look my credit card he changed me 179.00 $ I Don’t Understand why . I was travel in sick I’m coming home and will take care this issue. Very bad people Not integrity in business. I’m not recommended this place 🤨 Call me at 925-238-6629 for more details. Thanks

App took to long to load and causes delays

The vehicles are old and possibly used by locals for transporting farm stuff.. it’s greasy dashboard as I saw my greasy and dark palms after I returned the vehicle. The steering wheel is hard to turn and vehicle when driving seems an old truck from the 70s. U-Haul vehicles are way different from the Home Depot rental vehicles which are maintained so well.

The location was okay. The building was an old gas station/repair shop. The storage lot was fairly organized and I think the owner was doing the best he could with what he had. No complaints. Drop off process was super easy.

The interior of the cab was absolutely disgusting. There wasn’t a single surface other than the driver side door that wasn’t covered in some kind of sticky syrup.. when trying to take photos of all of this and upload it for acceptance, it kept airing out no matter how many times I tried it would not submit the photos then after all that and using the vehicle I get charged a $25 fee for cleaning even though I noted it, but was unable to upload the photos. This is just a slap in the face.

I called left three voicemails to extend my time with the truck my card was ran multiple times and declined on several because I locked my card would try to run different amounts when a certain amount wouldn’t clear never came out to go over truck or gas when rented when returned the truck was greeted rudely and told to fill the tank on the vehicle truck wasn’t full when rented would never go back!!!!
