Agent was helpful and very friendly, however he did not inform me to expect a text regarding taking a picture of the license plate prior to leaving the lot. I didn't notice the text until much later. To his defense, there was another client who kept coming into the office and interrupting us with questions.

My family and friends have used this guy for many years. I recommend to anyone who needs a U-Haul.
FELISHA RI had a bad experience regarding the fueling of the gas tank. I have pictures and proof of the gas meter reading full. The person in charge refused to listen and work with me on resolving this issue! I won’t recommend this location to a friend and I will not be doing business with this location again! The representative was unprofessional and unwilling to listen.

I had to be out by Sunday now I’m paying for a whole extra month !! Then he mislead my family three different times and charged the wrong credit card for the U-Haul !!! I will not return to his location to rent a U-Haul in the future!!!!!

Eric RDespite making a reservation more than two weeks before for a specific truck size and type, I received a call on the day of the appointment that the truck I reserved was not available. The person said that if I wanted the 15 feet truck I had to travel to Stockton to pick it up (45 minute drive). The customer service at this location is mediocre at best without any regard to customer requests and reservations.
Ricardo fU-Haul pickup location changed without our knowledge to location 20 miles away. The system allowed us to reserve a trailer that didn’t exist. We were told it was stolen.

NICHOLAS LB&N Automotive is a small business with a great U-Haul inventory and process. I have rented here multiple times. It is always a smooth process. It can be a little busy on weekends, but during the weekend is quick and easy.

MARIA BUhaul was kinda dirty in the interior. I was annoyed based on the fact I advised the manager I would go less than 20 miles. In all I went 7 miles but he charged my card for 50 miles. On that the money was returned and the correct mileage was recharged.

Loreli WMake sure repairs are done prior to the next use. And when an additional piece of equipment is rented, that the item be in the back, and if said item is not in the back, the availability to get a replacement instead of renting somewhere else.
Kevin DB&N was just fine..but not what I reserved. I live in Concord and reserved a trailer to be picked up in Concord. Then I get a notice the day before that my trailer is in Pittsburg. I called to find out that the only options I had were in Pittsburg or Dublin. I needed the trailer so I agreed to go to Pittsburg. Got there the next day and what a horrible place…the junk yard pitt bull dog on a chain was my first clue. I will never rent from that location. Anyway, I got the contract for the trailer and we went around back to pick it up…no trailer was there. So I called and was informed my only options were Oakley or Livermore, both quite a drive. So I chose Oakley. Unfortunately I got behind a traffic accident on the way there…what should have been one hr trip to get a trailer turned into a five hour ordeal. Your scheduling algorithm is obviously optimized for you…not responsive to a customers needs.

Brian SGet an updated computer system. The andequated computer sytem kept freezing, was slow. The attendant work deligently to get the computer sytem to work properly, which he did a good job, but this delay created a backlog with the customers waiting.

DANIEL ABen did an outstanding job with helping installing and setting up my trailer rental. The pick up process was extremely smooth. The same goes for the drop off process. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your U-Haul needs.
