I had a ton of trouble on both ends of the rental. The p/u format took over a hour & the return ( with U-SHARE was almost as bad. Along with all that they went ahead and charged me the $14 insurance when I stated i didn't want it. U-Haul ticket # 2685539Frank D.
Your system went down! It cost me three hours of my time to complete the entire transaction from piking up to dropping off! Your customer service people were very nice, but I was on hold for long periods of time! I really should receive some financial compensation for the excess time it took me!John M.

Everything was going perfect until I stopped at the rest stop in Boston and noticed a nail in the tire. I called roadside assistance and they had Tire changed and 45 minutes. Amazing job!allen L.
The experience was so stressful and overwhelming. It took 6 operators and 2 hrs just to use the app to get the rental. And today returning was just as bad just less time. I dealt with 3 operators and it only took an hour to process my return. But i want to say the last operator Jackie was very helpful and apologetic and was able to help and complete my return. The uhaul.com share didn't work and I couldn't use the pick up or truck return feature or the app. The only good thing i can say is the price was great. It was for a local move. I will be moving again and july to another home and will not use your company again it is not worth the aggravation. Thank you for your time.carmine M.

The location is fine the internet customer service is much to be desired it was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental. Your customer service is severely lacking when it come to online rentals. I cannot go into details here but if you would like to call and discuss be my guest. If I have another opportunity to use U-Haul trust me I will think twice based on this experienceWilliam R.

I got royally screwed using uhual this time. I rented a truck for the same day, which Uhaul told me was availible. The woman at B&t called me and said I couldn't take the truck because someone was renting it the next day. Anyway I reordered a truck and that person also said the didn'tt have the truck available and my order said it was for b&T. So I sat at b&t till 11 at night because I couldn't get the code because my order was screwed from the beginningzach B.

Fix your website - -could not access account to pick up truck with text code before hours - lost 2 hours waiting - then your entire system crashed as the local operator tried to access the reservation. BTW one customer service online rep - very helpfulc. H.

Disappointed as I asked the manager to call me and he never did. My son went to return a car Dollie and they closed early. He is on camera where he went to return the car dolly. He left since they closed and went back the next day when they were open. He was still charged another $50 even though they saw he was there the day before and wanted to return it. We broke down , 4 hours getting any stinkin HELP. And it was not due to U-Haul. An outside tow came through. 26' Truck, packed to the GILL!! IM MOVING!! The entire 5ft long, 6â€ in diameter was pulled out . We had to STAY in the truck for more than 21/2 hours with a foot on the brake so it wouldn't move No one from Uhaul, Arizona, by the way, I'm in Jersey, WOULD LISTEN. The mobile pick up/return was horrible. When returning the truck the app wouldn't allow me to return the vehicle. It kept telling me I dove 10,000 miles which was incorrect. I drove a max of 30 and returned the truck same day which makes it more apparent the app was wrong. I was on the phone with customer service 2 times trying to assist me. In the end they could only put in a report and note my file. I was at the location for atleast an hour and had to hand write a note with the keys. Ridiculous.Christopher H.

I am extremely unhappy on how i chose a pick up site at Mine Hill that was only 7 miles from my house and without notification it was changed to Bloomingdale where i had to go 33.1 miles to pick up. I had been dealing with Uhaul for over 10 years at my three offices to transport medical equient and after this i will never again use you.Nancy P.
teach the employees how to install a trailer. I picked up a trailer 7/31/18. They installed the trailer on my vehicle. when I went home to put the vehicle on the trailer came off the hitch and went right into my rear bumper which cause damage.
