The one star has nothing to do with the Hotel Liquiditation business. I ordered a truck for pickup 1 mile from our house. I received a phonecall 2 days before that the truck wouldn’t be available and was sent to a different location 4 miles further. That didn’t seem like a big deal, but the mobile check-in was a terrible experience. The app wouldn’t download. Thankfully I had someone with me who could get in. It found my info but not my license. I was specifically sent an email days earlier that asked me to download my license to save a lot of time, which I did. I had to redo them. It took so much longer than going into a facility and getting the key from a person.

Barry GWorst experience ever. They changed my reservation to a truck instead of the Van I reserved. They modified the rental period and then billed me for two days rental when I didn't even have the truck 20 hours. The truck was disgusting, the smell of cigarettes was so bad that I could barely breathe. The truck was not cleaned out by the previous renter. Save yourself the trouble, do NOT rent from this location.
