While picking up the vehicle was easy, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the vehicle itself. There were roaches crawling on the dash while I was driving. I would reconsider renting from U-Haul especially this location in the future.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe one star has nothing to do with the Hotel Liquiditation business. I ordered a truck for pickup 1 mile from our house. I received a phonecall 2 days before that the truck wouldn’t be available and was sent to a different location 4 miles further. That didn’t seem like a big deal, but the mobile check-in was a terrible experience. The app wouldn’t download. Thankfully I had someone with me who could get in. It found my info but not my license. I was specifically sent an email days earlier that asked me to download my license to save a lot of time, which I did. I had to redo them. It took so much longer than going into a facility and getting the key from a person.
Amy SRobert, the manager, seems to be a decent guy, but needs help to service customers. This was a Saturday afternoon, so somewhat busy. Maybe renting a truck during the week might be better,
