I rented a trailer to move a cfmoto side by side and go riding with friends. My experience was great. The manager was very professional and got me in and out. The trailer was nice and the value was very fair.

I do not recommend this service; I suffered financial loss because I was charged an absurd amount for what I actually used. I drove less than 40 miles, yet I was charged for an extra 167 miles—it’s outrageous. I even went back to the shop to speak with the guy who rented the vehicle to me, but he didn't resolve the issue. I am very upset because I’ve never had problems with you before, but unfortunately, I did yesterday. I hope you take action regarding this, as I have been wronged.
CLEBER MThe van is roach infested...hench why I returned it a day early. Also, I returned the van with more gas then it had when I took it and got a $30 fuel charge with is bullshit. I did go over 8 miles but 278 bucks????? Never again.
Quincy CEverything went well with one exception. I only went at the mazimum 10 miles. My error i did not record the ending mileage. Although i told him i would only go 25 miles at the most he put me down for 50 and told me it would be adjusted when i returned the truck. Appraently he did not check my ending mileage and charged me for the full 50 miles. I am disappointed renting a truck from U Haul and experience being overcharged. I gave a benefit of doubt with a star rating of 3 feeling a 2 would not be far. CAN ANYTHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS?
Clyde LYour truck was in excellent condition & we liked that you have a lift or a dulley & protective flannel blankets for the fragile items like mirrors & glass. The only thing is I was mis-informed in the pricing- there should be uniformity in pricing in all your offices on the days & mileage rate for those days. The guy at that desk knows what I’m talking about. But overall your product ( truck etc) was very satisfactory! Thank you! I’ll use U-Haul anytime.
