Not very helpful. I need the trailer for 10 days and I was charged for 5 extra days. The base price was $306.00 + $100 for 5 more days, sounds pretty easy to me, but it wasn't. I was told I owed for the extra days and $8 for each + the taxes. I am not happy with U-Haul.

Maggi B.At 1 o'clock in the morning I had to call U-Haul three times to get information on how to get my key out of the lock box. Then I got the key and it was the wrong truck. Had to call U-Haul again and get the right key overall experience with U-Haul, it was a very good experience. Truck was very clean everyone that I did talk to you on the phone was very nice. I just had problems navigating through their system to get what I needed at 1 o'clock in the morning.

Dan P.I was not offered a choice for drop off location in Mission Texas. When we attempted to use a different location we learned there was a significant financial penalty for doing this. Then the facility we were assigned for drop off did not have room for the trailer but took the equipment after explaining the penalty we would be accessed.
Debra M.Waited on clerk for over 30 minutes to return to office. Then he did not explain contract and was assuming truck fuel was full was only 3/4 full of fuel. We clerk and I did not go to the truck together to do a checklist he just said there it is and was done. I did call the 1800 number for service and agent gave me a number to call to online register for the truck but the automated system said it was busy so call back later.

Yolanda L.Cust service was ok but, the office was full of smoke. It was like walking into a bar 40 years ago. If I had started in Forsyth I would have looked for another place to rent from mainly because of the tar and nicotine covering the office. I have no real complaint of the service returning the trailer but I don't think they would have put the effort in checking over the equipment like the place I started from in Vermont did if I had rented there to go north..

I have a problem with uhaul giving me a bigger truck than I wanted and only giving me 2 hours to complete a task for which I reserved a truck for 4 hours. The truck was much bigger but didn't have a back up camera or a rear view mirror. I probably will use a different company next time

Anthony C.If you go to pick up a uhaul you except someone to be there. I had to call for them to come to the building. They live onsite but no number on the building door or outside, I was glad I had a cell phone to look it up.

Leandro C.I was overcharged by a day. Was told it would be taken care of but wasn't. Is that really how you do business, by ripping people off. I rented the truck at 12:00pm 01/2/31and returned it 01/6/21 before noon. I was charged for 5 days. No other way to put this..total bullshit!

Darryl M.The office smelled like smoke. The person at the front desk was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. when he finally did, he said to just leave it there and he'll log it in. I did what he asked and he didn't do what he said so I went backhand turned it in myself the next day!
