Bar Z Sales was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them. However, I am very disappointed with U-Haul for changing my pick-up site one day before pickup. This added an additional 20 miles to my mileage (for which I was charged $20) and 40 minutes of additional drive time to pick up the truck and back track to my loading site. I literally drove by my original pick-up site on the way to the apartment. Do better U-Haul!

It took over an hour to complete our pickup. We were the only customers there; many issues occurred, and multiple people had to be called to resolve issues. Unsure if these issues would have occurred at a different location, but it was very frustrating.

Amy MI turned my U-Haul in an hour and a half early on the day it was due. The lady insisted on checking it on herself and when I noticed she still hadn’t check me in I reached out to U-Haul. I was then charged an extra day!! I will not go back to this location!
CHRISTINE DJeanie Castillo was very nice and professional but it was choas with paperwork! Waited almost an hour then was told to just take trailer ! Was quoted 25 for a one way but picked up trailer and was charged twice $127 and 145 . Drop off showed 2 way and it was just a bad experience! Lady was asleep at drop off! Had to wake her then she got someone else who had an appointment to go to do she was in a rush and couldn’t help with the charges! I need a refund
