Returned the trailer the same day as rented, receiving personnel were not helpful, tried to get me to return it to a different location. Did not give me a receipt of my return, and then billed me for an additional 2 days of rental. Had to fight to get a refund, eventually the district manager had to give his permission to get the refund, I am waiting to see if that happens. Not very happy with the return location and the over billing.noah R.
Ordered a van for early mobile pickup, but it wasn't there when I arrived in the morning. I had to wait for an hour in the cold until the location opens. Then I'm told that the van I reserved wasn't returned and my only option is to upgrade to a bigger truck. I had no choice but to accept. The truck was covered is snow and I had to scrap the ice from the windshield and front of the truck before one of the usual team members helped me clean the roof of the truck. I think I should have known in advance that my van won't be available and I shouldn't have been offered a truck covered in snow.WILLIAM M.

Missing dolly in van despite order for one. Awful post rental problems with invalid fuel charge, no contact afterwards when I flagged as invalid charges, and then charging me for fuel nonsensically - I drove 25 miles and was charged for 7 gallons of fuel despite returning the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. What a scam. I'll be calling them and if no refund, will be challenging the charges with my credit card.Yuriy G.

I was charged an extra day for my rental because even tho the rental was at location an hour early and I went thru the website as instructed by the person behind the counter he charged me for an extra day. The paperwork dropped off with the truck was tossed on top of a pile of other rings he had to do. The rental was not logged in by that office until 2:30 pm when we dropped it off at 11am. Going thru the U-Haul website I logged a complaint but was never called back as promised by them. I feel even tho people are instructive you cannot trust what's happening on the U-Haul computer base.Donna P.

I've been renting uhuals for over 20yrs, this location offered Zero help in renting and returning the truck, the battery was dead, and the truck was very dirty when I picked it up...if this is the new protocol for uhual, I am taking my rental business to Penske or Budget...Very dissatisfiedMichael U.

Staff was friendly, location was easy to get to, but it did take a while to flag someone down to talk to about picking up the truck. When we finally got someone, they needed to go find another employee with keys to the office to get the truck key. Location is great if you're going north but requires u-turn to get on highway to go south.Jessica P.

I was charged a late fee when it was a drop box location. I called the day before to see if I needed to drop if the truck off while someone was there. They said no, use the key drop box. I dropped off at 8:50, due at 9am. I was charge a late fee as well as an extra insurance coverage. I have called this location 4 times with no resolve. People have taken my name and number but never call back. This started 24 days ago and the charges are still on my account and I have not had a real conversation with anyone about the matter other than â€œwe will look into to and call you backâ€.Marcus D.

After some of my own experience with Uhaul over the years and some of the bad service others have received. I expected some problems. However I did most of this online with only a little contact with staff. Maybe that's why it went very smooth.frank B.
