We were told to call when arrived. Personnel thought that was unusual and then watched while we maneuvered back in , not offering to help.

allan pI was alerted 30 minutes before pick up that my location was changed to this location, so I can’t blame them, but this was ridiculous!! I had to be north of Boston as I had a move team meeting me there and u haul doesn’t seem to acknowledge this! I went from on time to meeting my team to 30 minutes late! On top of that, there was very little gas in the van I rented so there was another stop I hadn’t planned for!! I expect more from my renta and in the future will think twice before renting from UHaul!!,
