I was alerted 30 minutes before pick up that my location was changed to this location, so I can’t blame them, but this was ridiculous!! I had to be north of Boston as I had a move team meeting me there and u haul doesn’t seem to acknowledge this! I went from on time to meeting my team to 30 minutes late! On top of that, there was very little gas in the van I rented so there was another stop I hadn’t planned for!! I expect more from my renta and in the future will think twice before renting from UHaul!!,

The self check in and check out through the app was awesome. Nice slick process for renting!
Dave HI had issues with the app during both check in and drop off. Drop off took an exceptionally long time. Additionally, I reserved a dolly, it was not in my truck at pickup. I had to go into the location, which defeats the purpose of using the app. I waited a while for the attendant to look around and tell me he couldn't find one. I suggested checking the other trucks, and we had to look through half a dozen trucks, and finally got lucky on the last one.
