Truck smelled like cigarette smoke and interior of the truck wasn't clean.

The original location didn't have the truck I reserved - they called me when I was driving there -3 minutes away. (Norwood MA) I was sent to this location -(Walpole ma) adding time to my trip The person on the phone assured me that a dolly should be included inside the truck The dolly was not there - and I needed it (not open on Sunday) I then had to drive the truck to the original location - and had to rent a separate dolly bc the locations were not the same (original location was open on Sundays) Had to drop dolly at one location, bring dolly to another. This took much longer than it should have and was frustrating. I'm disappointed with this rental experience.
Rebecca WExtremely difficult pick up process, U-Haul did not provide adequate information on how complicated it would be to pick up the vehicle. It took over half an hour after arriving to the location to get the truck and the workers at the location had to override the system to even get us access to our reservation.
