Was hands off/through the app, would have preferred to interact with an associate. After driving a long distance and moving, it was frustrating to have to download the uhaul app and go through the steps of taking prompted photos in the uhaul instead of being able to turn the keys into someone in person.

Hugh GThe back doors of the cargo van were jammed shut and I was unable to open them. We were forced to use the side doors only. Van was dirty - rice spilled in the back and papers left in the driver cabin. Not well mainted at all.
