We had a great experience in Walpole. The people were extremely helpful.
Hugh GThe back doors of the cargo van were jammed shut and I was unable to open them. We were forced to use the side doors only. Van was dirty - rice spilled in the back and papers left in the driver cabin. Not well mainted at all.
Cristina MI was charged an additional daily rate when I brought back the rental truck 30 mins late. I learned that the rental time starts from the reservation time but not from the actual pickup time when you make payment. This needs to be clear or highlighted after pickup. I expected the rental time would start from the pickup time when actual pay is made.
