JOSUE CI was extremely pleased with how experienced the uhaul representative was and he gave me the tips and advice I needed and was very efficient. I had to sort out a credit card verification piece while I was in the office, and although the office space is nothing to write home about, I witnessed your man multi-tasking like a legend! He took several phone calls while I was sorting through my stuff and he had addresses memorized, dispatching folks left and right, taking down information with incredible efficiency. I normally do not take the time to submit a review, but he was on a whole different level! Not sure if there are ways to reward outstanding employees, but if there are, he is exceptionally deserving! I only with I had written his name down to help the cause. I would drive out of my way to rent from him in the future given how excellent he was.

NIALL DSignage for the entrance wasn’t great but wasn’t hard to find either.
JAMISON KI was asked if I wanted to add insurance I declined then I was charged for the insurance and when I called to discuss it. No one called me back or responded to my call. Then I ordered a U-Haul that was too big for me he changed it but failed to print me a new agreement which lead to me adding more gas than required. The first truck had 3/4 but the new one had 1/4 and when I looked at the agreement to see the gas amount it was the wrong agreement form then when I checked my email I seen the proper agreement form and realized that the gas was not as much as I put. Should have went to Home Depot. Lesson learned

ROBERT VFirst, we ordered boxes as part of the rental process. The boxes provided were NOT U-Haul boxes but instead were a lower quality box. We were disappointed by this. Also, the office was not professionally maintained (very dirty and messy) which lead to concerns about maintenance of the vehicles.
Scott ACheck engine light was on when I picked the truck up. Interior windshields need to be cleaned more often. That truck’s rear end rode harder than Jack Palance in City Slickers. Uff. Brutal on bouncy uneven roads

ZBIGNIEW BTruck was old, had a check engine light on the entire time. Side mirror wouldn’t stay in place, so had to drive with entire right side as ‘blind spot’.. for the price being so much higher than enterprise truck rental I expected a better fleet.

MICHAL KHaving been a U-Haul employee many years ago I got a truck that was about what I expected. One blown shock, check engine light on. But it ran and did exactly what I needed it to do for a quick local job. Some things never change but it sure was nicer than those 77 ford TCs we used to rent as locals.
