I would not recommend this location to anyone in Stamford.first of all, upon walking into the office the desk was extremely messy and disorganized. As I approached the desk where the man was sitting, there was an odor in the room. The man with glasses and white hair was extremely rude and unpleasant. I needed help removing the trolly as I was told by customer service that the attendants would help me attach and remove the equipment as they did in Pennsylvania. He rudely said to me when I asked for help to remove it that “okay you are going to have to remove it” and I was very shocked. Another staff member eventually stepped into the conversation because this manager man kept suggesting that’d I’d have to remove it my self. The only I reason o agreed to bringing the trolley was that customer service said I would be helped attaching and removing. The other staff member interrupted and said he would help. So I was concerned with the lack of urgency and lack of customer care.

ALEXANDER Mso it's a bit tight at this location for parking the trucks. thats not easy for people who don't normally drive trucks to deal with. it felt too full of vehicles and was very tight. maybe send some to an overflow lot and make the customer drop pickup area clearer number one and less packed and more open for noobies to park trucks in easy spots
