I received the truck I scheduled two hours late. The location is filthy. No customer service etiquette and poor management. I received no apologies for my inconvenience and no discount for my wasted time. Will NOT be using Uhaul ever again and will not recommend to anyone either.

The lady at the desk was very quick, helpful and efficient, and of course very nice and professional. I had to book AFTER the last minute (Penske cancelled on me) and it was NO problem and she helped set up the next one too when I was on the phone. Good pricing, a bit too bad that I couldn't take it for more than a certain amount of time, but it does the job! Thank you!! Only reason for 'above average', is the office was out dated and messy, I don't mind one bit since the customer service was EXCELLENT!

My drop off date was on Monday the 29th We rushed w the moving, then travel 2 hrs to Norwalk re-arrange for the storage facility , which opened at 11 am on Sunday, unload our contents , and rush to a different dropp off location, not in Norwalk , as I requested weeks ago the lady at Stanford office told me I was late to return , she expected at noon ? which was not the agreement given to me by your scheduler when they messed up my reservation. I told her could not be finished until 2:30 pm , too bad , she was closing at 1.45 pm for the holiday It was my first time renting from you , I will think about Before I do it again I hope I don't get extra charges , since you already cost me extra cash , by changing my moving plans
