I attempted to call the location to let them know my husband was on the way to pick up our trailer. However, no one answered and the voicemail was full. When my husband arrived, he had to wade through knee high grass to get to the door. The gentleman acted like he had no idea that we were picking up a trailer. As it turns out, he had canceled our reservation just before my husband arrived. I was told that this location would provide a drop off location in Troy, AL. This did not happen so I had to call the 800 number (the first of MANY calls that day) to find out where to return the trailer.
