Peter PLocation was great. U-Haul app was a bit glirchy at first, but I was able to get it to work with U-Haul chat assist. Was able to check out and use vehicle off hours completely through app. No complaints about the location whatsoever, vehicle was clean and ready to go , just as scheduled. Upon return, people at the location were friendly.
Kenneth PI was charged an extra $25 dollars for cleaning of the van. It rained the day I used it and was very muddy. If I would have known that I would have did it myself for much less than that. I didn’t see a part on the leasing papers about having to was or clean the van. I don’t think I will be using the service no more. I do want to say that Barry is an awesome person and is very nice. I really like him. If there was a clause in my agreement please let me know because I did not see it or I would have never brought the $21 dollar insurance. I thought that covered it.
tonya sThis location is fine. The one thing I would suggest, since this site allows for mobile pick-up, is that this location have some kind of free wifi. I had almost no cell signal on my phone. I had to walk around the parking lot several times to get signal enough to complete the process. With a readily, free wifi signal, I could've been out of here in ten minutes or less. I had a reservation at another location in Pottstown on Berks St (Sunoco) which couldn't give me a truck because they somehow couldn't connect to UHAUL's system. It was a mess. I spent over 45 minutes at the other location trying to get the truck. Luckily, everyone I spoke with by phone was super helpful and finally switch my reservation to Barry's so I could get hold of a truck. Customer service on phone was excellent.

DAVID WNo improvements are necessary. Barry’s is always my first choice when I need to rent a U-Haul. Barry is a pleasure to work with! This time I rented a trailer and he kindly helped to hookup and detach it at pick-up and drop-off,….and communicated promptly when I called to ask to extend the rental. Without reservation, Barry’s deserves 5 stars!

Mark DI don’t understand why the ‘UHaul’ app, not only needs pictures showing the equipment that has been dropped off, but also needs an additional picture showing where you left the equipment. Plus the app moves extremely slow uploading the pics.
Daniel HUhaul reservation system had a glitch where my truck was taken by another person. This location helped us to get another truck, smaller than first requested, and the dolly and pads. Can't blame him for the tech issue but he helped make up for it the best he could.
