WILLIAM EThe UHaul app process to pickup of the vehicle experience was horrible. I ended up having to speak with a person in order to complete the pickup process and the overall process took close to 1 hour to complete. The pickup location time was 7:30 AM and I ended up picking up and checking out the vehicle around 8:47 PM.

James SThe staff is super friendly. Even though I had a hands-free rental, they were very helpful with the process. The parking lot is very large and spacious so exiting the lot and then when returning the u-haul is a very easy process.

Bradley SBarry's Auto sales in Pottstwon Pa. was great. JT's Wheels N Deals in Posstown Pa reservations was terrible. The gentelman at JT's blamed U-Hauls reservation system for the multiple reservation mishaps. Apparently the (system) manages / massages availability behind the scenes and rebooks as tey seem fit. We are in the middle of moving, so the single text of change of location notification didnet cut it. Good luck.

Jeffrey WReceived truck empty of gas and then got charged by uhaul for gas. Had to delay plans to go get gas and then paid for it twice, once ourselves and once via a charge by u haul. Will not use again.

Yolanda CI was given the truck with less than a quarter tank and returned it with over a half tank. U-Haul refused to refund the difference on my credit card but gave me a $20 u-haul credit. This is a horrible policy as I may never need to use another u-haul truck in my lifetime. I got ripped off $20. It's a Bull Shit policy!!!!! And YES that's how I really feel!!!!!
JOSEPH OTelling People that the driver's side wheel cover on a auto transport can be folded out to allow the driver's door on the vehicle being transported to be opened without interference from the transport trailer itself would be very useful information as it precludes a need to entire the car via the window. I have tried the window method on multiple prior occasions and having just now discovered with my most recent rental that the cover is in fact articulated, I can offer the following unequivocal testimonial, entering the transported vehicle while it is on the auto transporter is way more fun via the door then it is via the window. This is just one man's opinion, but I think inquiring minds will want to know.

DON PThe truck broke down after filling it up with gas. I called U-Haul and they sent someone out to check if it was a battery after explaining multiple times it was not a battery issue. The guy shows up and says it’s a problem with the fuel line and it needs to get towed. He of course does not have a tow. They send out another guy and told him it was a battery issue and has no tow truck. When talking to the First Lady she said we have to wait there with the truck. When we were told we were going to have to wait another hour so at this rate it would have been 3 hours, a different lady said we did not have to wait and we could leave. This was all very frustrating to get mixed responses and no that we could have left it there until a tow came. We got charged late fee and they said we did not fill up the tank to where it needed to be which was not true and I have a picture to show that we did fill it up correctly. If moving is not stressful enough, this made it much worse.
