No improvements needed on the Service or the equipment. Dave and Holly were great to deal with and we are making them our first stop for future rental needs. ***Uhaul could make some improvements in their booking system though, where there were non-descriptive error messages during check-in at the counter….possibly due to my renting other Uhaul equipment out of state previously. They teamed up to resolve it and I really appreciate the overall Service.
