steven bEven though the pick up location was excellent and very friendly, the location was suppose to be Whitehall PA. We had to travel 1.5 hours and same for the return in order to get the trailer. We received a call the day before with a change of location. #1 why did it change. #2 since there was a dozen of the needed trailers, why didn’t someone deliver it to Whitehall for us. We feel very disappointed in losing 4 hours of our day plus gas plus tolls to go get a trailer that should have been where we needed it.
