Shonda MEasy to get thru the app to pick up rental. All items requested for moving furniture was inside truck and clean. Truck cab was clean. Gas tank full. Need a reminder to give myself 30 to 45 minutes before pickup time to go thru pickup process, though. Otherwise a positive event.
Nancy KI pulled in and the guy offered to do all the paperwork and checkin for me. All I had to do is get out of the truck. Great attitude and very nice customer service. Best part of the trip.
