Cleanest rental I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend. Only issue, it’s probably not the locations fault, was during the key retrieval process. The wording of the instructions was overly lengthy and the passcode wasn’t listed until the end. To me, just list the lock box and code at the top. If someone needs overly detailed yet confusing instructions, put it below the code

TAIWAN BI had a great experience renting a truck from U-Haul. The guy who helped me was very nice, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had what I needed. It’s not every day you come across such helpful and respectful service. I really appreciate it and would definitely rent from this location again!

ALAIN HDrop this truck off on a Sunday and everything that I was instructed to do. Nobody knew where the truck was until Monday afternoon. Was called and texted by two different agents trying to locate the truck.A lot of of unorganization. Was charged an extra day when the truck had been sitting there for over 24 hours

JOHN DVery nice experience. Went above and beyond to make sure my little sister was taken care of. Even accompanied her out to the truck and made sure her seat was in a comfortable driving position for her. Only thing is truck ended up being more than the estimated reservation and I wish we had known we would be charged a specific amount for mileage and overage would be $1 a mile. We thought it was unlimited.

Francis MI reserved a truck online and it was mot open on a Monday at 9am. It was incredibly difficult to check out the truck on the app and cut into our move time by a half hour. There was also a blanket and hand truck that we did not reserve zip tied to the truck taking up valuable real estate inside. I’ve used UHaul several times for previous moves, however this experience was different than in the past. I likely won’t use this company again.

KEVIN JWell I got there on time and took forever to get verified before I could take the truck. The process of getting it is confusing. The truck only had three quarters of a tank of gas when I got the truck but wants you to fill it and take a picture of it when your done with the truck so your welcome for the extra quarter take of gas.
Leighton SEverything was fine. Except that I didn't get the dolly that I was charged $7.00 for. The app was a bit hard to maneuver so I didn't see instructions on how to actually get any equipment that was ordered. But other than that, it was fine.
