ANNIE MThis location's parking policy is incredibly inconvenient and raises serious safety concerns for customers. If you drive to pick up a rental truck, you’re left scrambling to find a random place to leave your vehicle or relying on someone to drop you off. I picked up my rental truck during a holiday and there were no other cars there and the store was closing in a couple of hours. The attendant informed me that I could park next door, as his parking spaces were reserved for other customers. This essentially forced me to park my car in a way that felt unsafe and nearly illegal while I was patronizing his business. When I returned, it was dark and raining, adding to the already stressful situation. I had to leave the U-Haul at the store and walk to the neighboring business to retrieve my vehicle. That business was closed for the holiday, which is why I could park there. If it hadn't been closed, I would have had to venture further down the service road to find a spot at a fast food restaurant and walk back—a frustrating and unsafe alternative. This lack of consideration for customers is appalling. By placing me in such a precarious situation, he showed a complete disregard for my safety and convenience. Given this experience, I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

TRENT GShowing interest in the customer and trying to help him by paying attention to their questions rather than just trying to get done so they can leave. I asked him if I could bring it right away because I was only going to use it for a couple of hours even though we leased it for 24 hours . He said yes , just park it on the front of the building and leave the key in the drop box , Wish he would have mentioned I was going to be charged a fee for bring it it back when they were closed . I only used it from 1pm to 6pm , could have waited till the next day to bring it and save me that fee . He was not rude but did nothing to make us feel welcome.

RICHARDRIANNE PThe manger is rude and you if you aren’t being dropped off you can’t park at the facility because they will threaten to tow your car. I parked at the gate to return the truck, like the sign said to do. Then I was rudely told to give them the keys because I was blocking the exit to get it out. This place sucks

ANGEL MThe AirTag that’s added to the van can be an unwanted call to the police. When one gets a big on their phone that they are being followed by an AirTag. Is quite a scary feeling especially when one is not aware. Overall equipment is great and service.
Barbara FBerry put in the wrong delivery address. Was supposed to be dropped off in Canyon Lake Texas. Not Grand , Texas. Hope I don’t have problems.

Ted TY’all charge way to much for 4hrs there’s no way I should be paying $100 for a vehicle for 4 hours!! Y’all are stealing money from customers and it’s sad!! Money does not grow on trees so stop charging people for your own pockets.

Steven DThe older guy at the office was very rude. He had a problem answering any questions I had. He was by far the most unprofessional guy I ever dealt with. Definitely had a very bad experience renting this U-Haul. He charged me upfront $126 normally I pay after I return the U-Haul but not in this case. I told him I would return the truck at 8pm all he indicated me to do was return the keys to the orange box I told him I was trying to do the self pick up but he directed to help me and be rude when all I had was a few questions. He never told me I had to finish the self check out in the app and when I tried doing that when I dropped off the truck it was trying to charge me $97.78 but I had already paid him $126 so therefore I did not continue with the self check out and I was charged $20 fee the next day which I think it’s unfair because I did not want to pay again to later have to call back to get a refund.
Marisol DLocation did not allow for parking of personal vehicle while using a short, 2 hour rental. This information was not known until arriving at the location, which meant I had to delay my rental until someone was avaliable to drop me off and take my car. This information should have been made clearly visible on U-Haul's website about this location.

Trevon TI was told that mileage was not an issue then see that I was charged $1.00 per mile for 98 miles upon my drop off location in Tulsa; my original reservation said that my reservation was a flat fee and that there were no additional mileage charge. I’m certainly making a complaint because I know that I was taken advantage of based on ethnicity and gender. You should be interested in this too
Tedra Wfelt decieved with the trailer I rented. The overall diminsions (6x12) were good but the ramp was not the same width, too narrow for the load.
