Prices are way too high. And even after I cleaned the inside of the uhaul ! I was still charged a 25.00 fee for cleaning. And they don't tell you there's multiple fees! This place sucks prices are too much. All those fees are not included in that deal price you guys make it seem ! For the truck ! Never again I was charged 107 bucks. For less hours then I did the last time and that time I had the truck longer and it was cheaperCharles S.

The interior of this vehicle was in the worst condition I have ever received. Spilled soda on the console, floor and cup holders, empty Red Bull can on the floor used as a chewing tobacco spittoon, cheese crackers and crushed crumbs on the dash and the floor, smelled pretty ripe in the cab, gas was around 1/4 tank. I know they recently pulled in some vehicles from around the area to satisfy demand and this vehicle was probably received by them in this condition. I have always gotten vehicles from Barry's in tip top shape in the past and I do business with them on a regular basis. I had to take photos and I know they'll not be happy. Shame on the slob renters that left it off in that condition. What pigs.Michael B.

Galen is. A super nice guy, the truck was fine. My only complaint is with the online truck return. That's an absolute crock of shit. I have to stand around taking stupid pictures of a truck I use for an hour or you charge me $20? What a grift. You're basically ransoming me to determine whether I want to be inconvenienced or pay you money without a legitimate service. On no planet did what I did to check that stupid truck in result in $20 worth of work to anyone, all it was was a minor pain in my ass. If you're not making enough money on your rentals, change the rates and stop nickel and diming people with random bullshit charges and pushy attempts to get us to buy unnecessary services. My review responses above are for Galen and Barry's, which was great. My contempt is for U-Haul and it's bullshit charges. I won't use U-Haul again. If I did, I'd gladly go see Galen. In fact, I may just use his service station generally. Screw U-Haul, though.SCOTT S.

I was misquoted on my bill, your $300 charge that you charged me twice has overdrafted my account. Nobody called or even offered to help fix that mess! FYI:Tell the truth on the bill. Barry's automotive was great. What was NOT great was TWO experiences with uhaul this fall that were TERRIBLE! Nothing happened as it was supposed to. The website is awful, inefficient and does not actually allow you to online check in for your vehicle. I will do everything I can to avoid using uhaul for future needsâ€¦ it is a HUGE stressor on what were already busy stressful days.LINDY F.

My yes comes with a VERY serious caveat. The attendant was extremely pleasant. However, the gas gauge was practically on Empty when I picked up the truck!!! I was worried that I would not find a gas station in time or I would be stranded with a truck and empty gas tank!!! This was NOT what I anticipated. Also, this location had gas pumps with a separate payment terminal requiring a special ID code you had to "apply" for and they did not seem particularly interested in taking cash. With that being the case, why couldn't UHaul make sure there was at least a quarter of a tank of gas in the truck??? Again, this location had gas pumps!!! Your policy needs to change. Although the attendant was helpful in directing me to a nearby gas station, I had to scramble to find it before I ran out of gas. No one needs that level of stress upon picking up the truck rental!!! Make no mistake about it, I was not happy at all!!! Also, I filled the gas tank up because I had no idea about the gas mileage and I was dropping the truck off at another location in another town. I returned the truck with a FULL tank of gas. I am respectfully asking that a portion of the money I spent on gas be returned/credited to my charge card.BERNARD W.

Sorry, I can't think of anything to suggest on how to "improve for the next customer". My experience was excellent. The cargo van I reserved was there when I arrived, it ran great, and the online dimensions were right on. I was treated well and have no complaints. I would use them again and recommend them to others.David H.
