I reserved the truck, yet when my husband and I arrived, the person in the store simply told us to get key from the lock box The app had not mentioned a lock box.The person inside the store called someone, who had to call someone else.The second person called and gave me the needed information. The truck was due back on Aug 26; we returned the truck the night before, yet, at 11:15 a.m., the 26th, the app indicated that truck still had not been checked back in. I called the contact number from the app multiple times; there was no answer. I called the U-Haul Customer Service line.The representative could not reach the Uhaul vendor either. [I was on hold during that time). The rep indicated that she would call the office in charge of the vendor to make sure the truck would be checked. The truck was fine. Otherwise found dealing with the U-Haul vendor rather frustrating Thank you
