The location and truck itself were completely fine and satisfactory. The issue I had was with approving a secondary contact. It took 30 minutes to actually get approved, with my contacts receiving a call but then no one would say anything on the line and then hang up, then I would receive a message that my contact didn't pick up and to try again. It was rather frustrating. That process could use some TLC to be better.Amanda C.
It took over an hour to rent it due to the lady was working front window along with Uhaul window. She really needed help. Not her fault. It only had 1/4 tank so we filled it up to make sure cost 100.00 to do it. My mistake. Other than that , it was fine. You ended up with 3/4 tank left.CHASE S.

I was charged for a dolly which was not provided, then charged a fee for not returning the dolly that was never provided and have not heard back regarding my request for refund. The clerk at this location was extremely unhelpful when I came back to get the dolly I was charged for since it had already been rented out to someone else and it was a Sunday so many locations were closed, he also then became rude to my wife and I when further inquiring as to other options to the point that we were threatened with a hunting knife.Trent D.

Get more staff the employee at gas station kept attending the regular customers and made us wait 40 minute for truck and when we ask if he could finish with us firstt he told us that we can go to another uhaul to pickup a truck very unprofessional and cursing numerous times.BERLIZA P.

Upon my arrival, the clerk would not take the truck and advised that I take it to another location. I showed her the rental agreement and advised her that this is where the truck was to be dropped off, if she did not want the truck then she was to call around for me. After a brief discussion she decided to take the truck.mike C.
1 person running a u haul business and a convenience store, with the convenience store/gas station customers receiving first priority. On top of that, the guy had only worked there for 2 weeks and didn't know anything about the trucks. I received no guidance or information about the features on the truck such as how to move the side mirrors. He just gave me the keys and said good luck.William D.

The lot is not large enough for as many trucks that were there so it was difficult to find parking. Also, the cashier was by herself and had to juggle between Uhaul customers and the gas station customers so the process took forever.Christopher R.

Mr. Akbar at Basic Needs Chevron made my experience very easy. He operates a very clean, safe and well-stocked station. He was able to help make my reservation in just a minute or two. On the day of my rental, he made sure that everything was ready and fully functional and that I had no questions. Returning the vehicle also was really easy. It takes too long to check out. The staff takes gas station customers over u-haul renters so every 30 seconds we are interrupted and have to wait. The result is a check out process that takes twice the amount of time as other locations.MAHMOUD H.
Truck was NOT clean. I had to spend time removing old water bottles, and paper wrappers that were left inside the truck. Paperwork said it should have 3/4 tank of fuel, but I filled it up at the pick-up location (they are a Chevron gas station), and it took 11 gallons of fuel, so it was only 2/3 full....not 3/4 full. Then, the stores computer to U-Haul was DOWN, so everything had to be done by hand, which negated my having done everything in advance on my home computer.Michael L.

Bill was incorrect and much higher than the reservation because the wrong drop off location was used to determine the charge. It took multiple attempts over 2 days to get through to customer service on the 800 number to get the billing corrected.ALAN H.

The gas was less than 3/4 tank, but in a hurry I left and they marked it as 3/4 tank. When I dropped it off it was as before: a little less rhan 3/4 tank. They charged me for leaving it at 5/8KRISTIAN S.

Much better service than the actual U-HAUL store. Very friendly. Not rude like U-Haul store employees. Treated much better as a customer. Felt appreciated. The only issue was that I rented a dozen pads, but there were only 5 in each bag.BRYAN D.

The staff was very pleasant, however the truck was dirty. Dirt in drivers cabin. Huge bag of popcorn on floor. Even a toilet plunger was inside passenger cabin. The back had some strips of something left from previous users.Juan C.
