Owner and worker made me hookup and unhook trailer all by myself, with arthritis and bulging discs that was quite a chore. Worker was also extremely rude and impatient when I was asking questions during drop off about extra charges for returning one hour past due. Wasn’t helpful at all. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not return.
Damien DGuru was very, very nice! As far as the U-Haul knowledge, he wasn't real sure how to unhook the trailer that U-Haul arranged for me to pull down with my truck. Just wasn't real confident in how to remove trailer or where to park it. Luckily another customer knew what to do and assisted me. Other than that the experience was pleasant.
Marsha WThere was a hold put on my debit card and for 2-3 days, which I was not aware was going to happen. I thought I was paying for it up front t and any additional costs or refunds would be applied when I returned the truck. This caused a negative balance in my account but I resolved it with a deposit. I should receive my refund any day now. No big deal.
