I didn't know about this location and I was trying to rent from other locations but they didn't have a cargo van available for the two days I needed it. I was redirected to this location and it was actually more convenient that the other locations I was trying. The only issue I had was the U-Haul app, it wouldn't load my reservation for pick up. I had to remove the app and then force use of the mobile website for pick up. Part of the problem may because I was trying to use my work information for this reservation and I also have a personal account. I don't have a work number that accepts text messages, so I needed to use my personal cell phone number. Maybe make it easier to pick the web app instead of the android app when using mobile pick up and maybe a disclaimer for personal/business use for contact information.
