The gentleman there was extremely rude. He said, ive been calling you to tell you I don't have the room to take the trailer. I then said, you haven't called me. He said no, I mean uhaul. He was going to make me reconnect to the trailer and drop it off at another location. Very unprofessional. Will not go back.Jack F.

We waited 2hrs at the original p/u point along with 4 others. (9:30am to 11:30am) We tried calling them, etc. Uhaul personnel had the same problem. No answer. So they sent us to Batteries Plus. AWESOME experience there. This is my second experience with the original P/U location with the same results. I would prefer not to use them again in the future.David H.

Batteries us Uhaul in W. Melbourne is sketch AF. The clerk intentionally recorded my beginning mileage high. I took a picture of the beginning mileage and went back inside before I left and told him it was wrong. He didn't give AF to change it. He put me aside twice to take care of other customers and made me late. Uhaul charged me $4 for going over mileage. Also, BP in W. Melbourne is in a hot shed. When I returned the Uhaul to another location, I took another picture of my final mileage. The whole smart phone pick up and return is so horrible and cumbersome. It's pretty sketch these people are taking photos of your drivers license with their smart phones that can get lost or stolen. Very unsecure!!!Susan V.
Great staff, helped me out. Originally I had a reservation on Minton, but the dealer ship hours stated it was opened and the sign was on. But the doors were locked and not a person in sight to assist. Cancelled and came to this location. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks.Luis G.

The customer service and value are great at this location. Very friendly personnel and well maintained equipment. That said, the mobile app is awful. I like a lot of people had to return the rental truck after business hours and was unable to make the app work to complete the check in process so I had to be back there the following morning to avoid extra charges. Fortunately, the batteries plus/uhaul employee was awesome and it was no issue. I would definitely use this location again but please have an alternative after hours check-in process because the app is worthless.Jeffrey H.
My $29/day + mileage ( for literally an overnight rental and 20 miles) cost $113!! The agent sucked and snuck in insurance coverage on top when I declined it. I moved one couch in the rain and had the truck from 7pm to 9am and drove 20 miles total. Should have been $60 all in! Bullshit!MARK B.

They guy checking me back in charged me a gas charge when I had refilled the tank. I think he was not famliar with app.CHRISTOPHER S.

I believe the original return location was Palm Bay. However, when I opened the app, it said I could return it to Wifi in Melbourne. We went there and we were not on his list for a return. He finally reached a manager named Patricia who looked up my resx and said we could return it down the road in Melbourne at Batteries Plus. When we got to Batteries Plus, they were confused as well and call Patricia again who acted like she had never heard of us and told us we had to return it to Palm Bay or be charged an additional $1050 returning it to the "wrong" location. Upon speaking to her directly, she was able to take care of it and not charge us the additional fee. Fillipe at Batteries Plus was great. Otherwise, the whole rental experience was pretty much miserable and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.Jennifer H.
