Sam and Aaron were very helpful, professional and polite- I bet they probably don’t get much recognition but they certainly should!! I will be going back there everytime I need a rental!!

ANTHONY DThe gentleman who assisted me was very nice but I think he may have been new as he had to defer to another worker at the location for assistance when I asked a couple of questions. Regardless, both were very polite and my questions were answered. One thing I did request was that I had paid for a 2900 mile trip and traveled just under 2400. I asked at the location for a credit for the miles not used and was told that I was allowed up to 2900 miles. I feel a credit is warranted for the unused miles as well as returning the truck in 3 days when I was allotted 9 days. I drove straight through from Las Vegas to West Melbourne, FL in 38 hours, with the help of my son-in-law who made the trip with me. I did not return the truck on Saturday because it was 8pm by the time we finished unloading and we were exhausted. We returned the truck on Sunday morning.
MARY HTruck stank and was full of dog hair. It was nauseous the whole ride. I couldn’t turn around because of deadlines. I told the rep when I came back about my issues & he didn’t care. He simply said he didn’t smell anything. Nothing about the dog hairs flying in my face when driving.

KIM QNo signage to let you know to go to the store not the doors marked for Uhaul. Associate was rather uninviting in professionalism. I was disappointed that I was unable to receive a refund for the days unused. If I pay for 5 days and only use 3, I should get those 2 days back.

Caleb HThere are multiple lots and it was confusing to know where to drop the truck off. We parked it near other U-Haul equipment but it might help to have additional instructions regarding which of the three lots to park in. The U-Haul app failed and checked us in without being able to upload photos. The app was very glitchy the entire time. Not the fault of the drop off location. Just not sure where those comments should go.

Robert RAA Ron is super helpful and accommodating. He showed a first timer how to use the trailer hitch properly. All of this went into “after hours” on a holiday weekend. I am in the retail auto business and know that a company’s number one asset is its employees. Well done, Aaron! 😁

Daniel BArea was difficult to maneuver large vehicle. Tried to use Military discount. Finally gave up after 30+ minute wait on hold with uhall corporate then corporate personnel didn’t know how to apply it. Gave up. Would have been major issue if high $ rental.

Damond HHighly disappointed with uhaul! You moved my pickup location without telling me. You send it to a location that has zero trucks! Myself and an associate had to call 10 locations before securing one. We were then 2 hours behind schedule of the movers we hired. Uhaul left us highly frustrated and cost me $100s of dollars for additional moving hiring helpers because of the delays. Uhaul means you do everything yourself including finding a truck. The location that actually had a truck was fine and the gentleman was helpful. My frustration is solely towards uhaul.

Dennis VI would like to give a review for the UHaul at location 438 N Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935. Horrible experience. I've rented several times over the last year and everytime it takes over 30 minutes to get out the door, even when there is a long line the general manager will just chit chat away like no one is waiting. It convinced me to get the app, although, he said that it didn't work all the time. Turns out, it can automatically change my pickup location even after I call the verify the vehicle will be there, ridiculous.
Anthony KAfter paying a rental fee, a mileage charge, and insurance, there should not be any charge for gas. The truck i rented had less that 1/2 of a tank of fuel at time of pickup, when returned i was charged 10.00 extra for gas. I would not recommend UHaul or any other company with a similar business model to anyone. The rental fee and mileage charge is more than enough to cover the cost of gas.

Memet MAfter returning the truck with the appropriate amount of gas, I was still charged $54 for a gas charge. I know there was the appropriate amount of gas in there because I literally went to the gas station right before returning it. And when I try to call the location, nobody answers the phone.
Desirae WNot sure what is required for employees to verify a vehicle is problem free prior to renting, but the truck had two issues: 1) the windshield trim at the top was sticking out approximately 1 inch from the vehicle. I taped this down prior to my trip to prevent further detachment or wind noise. 2) the heater did not work. Since temperatures recently dropped, it was a cold 600 mile drive. Prior to this, temperatures were warm, so it's possible no one used or felt the need to check the heater function. But the drive was not pleasant; especially in the early am. The inside of the windshield was also very dirty. But that's minor and I cleaned it before my trip.
