The location also had a bunch of political type quotes typed in large font around the location it was super weird will not be returning or using uhaul again. This has been my second experience that’s been poor I don’t understand how so many locations are not up to standard

WILLIAM CTruck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of fuel. In reality, it was very slightly less than that. We drove the truck about 37 miles during our 1 day rental. About halfway through our day it was down to 1/8 so I had to stop for gas. I would have appreciated getting a truck with more like 1/2 a tank of gas so I could have just filled up once when I was done with it.

THOMAS PWindows and mirrors were dirty with nothing to wipe or clean them. Otherwise a decent local one day rental. Staff was good

JAYNE ENothing to change. The attendant was very helpful and got the trailer checked out and checked back in immediately. It was very impressive and a much better experience in terms of customer service than renting a trailer at Home Depot.

ANDREW LThere were coffee cups left in the cab of Van I used, and windows were very dirty. I understand due to cold it’s hard to clean, but at least drivers and passengers windows should be cleaned. Oil change light came on each time I started, but cleared off by pushing ok button. It was a good experience as the Van was new and had low mileage. Will definitely use that location again!
JOHN HTrailer pulled nicely. Friendly counter people at noth ends of the move. Lights were burned out on right side of trailer brake Lightes and Blinkers worked but running lights were not all working. Drop off location was super as far as customer service.

WILLIAM VWe did an after hours drop off, but it was a little awkward and trying to park such a big truck. Also have to turn around because there’s a median to get to. It wasn’t the best access.
HEATHER RRegarding the truck, the back was frozen shut so I had to spend 20 minutes chipping the ice off to get the overhead door to open. Regarding the location, I was shocked to be greeted by a large poster quoting Charlie Kirk and books on display proclaiming “the real history of Black & White America” and another book about how woman should love a man. In my opinion, this is totally inappropriate and highly offensive. Charlie Kirk promoted racist and sexist views and why a business owner would display his words plus books with your own political and moral views are inappropriate. I did not originally request this location but was matched here. I would not go back to this location and support someone with these views.
ANNE KThe truck sounded like it was gonna break down. The guys were not very friendly. They didn’t have the moving blankets we ordered on line! They should of let us know that before we came to pick up the u- haul!
CRISTINA CThe only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was, you have to return the truck to where you picked it from but other locations I have used allows you to return it to the nearest location. You need to work on that. Thanks
SHEM MTrailer hitch lock was very difficult to unlock when returning the trailer. I thought someone would be at the location before 7:00, which would have been nice in this situation. Instead, I spent 45 minutes working with the hitch. Very, very frustrating.
MARTIN DThe only thing I didn't appreciate is the original U-Haul place that I placed the truck on hold for didn't have a truck available when I got there and so I had to drive down to a different location to get a U-Haul and I didn't appreciate that because it set me back and actually set my whole day back by 20 minutes which doesn't seem like much but it adds up when there's time frame that you are sticking to.
JOEL AI do not have anything to say! This is an excellent place to rent your UHAUL Track! I do appreciate their flexibility and time for me as a customer. I will recommend everyone!
