Don’t make changes in my reservation! Reserved a4x8 trailer over a month ago for pickup in Shakopee and drop off in Georgetown Tx. Georgetown is 10 miles from my house and I have to go by 5 U-Haul locations so I was disappointed with this location but had no other choice. Then my pickup location was changed as well and when I arrived I was told that there was no 4x8 trailer available so I was given a 5x8. More cost to me as my fuel bill for my trip increased by over $50 due to the larger trailer. To add insult the closest place I could drop off was 20 miles from my house adding time and more fuel cost to my trip. Unfortunately U-Haul has limited one way trailer rental competition but for all my other rental business I will be using alternative services.

Very Friendly and helpful staff!
Joe DThe staff did not know the equipment and could not tell me how to turn off the tow/haul button. They also did not alert me that I would get a text from U-Haul asking me to report the condition of the vehicle before I left the lot, so I got the text after I left and was on the highway. When I was asking staff about differences in my reservation quote and the tow/haul button on the truck, they scoffed and treated me rudely. There were also offensive and inappropriate signs at their checkout counter.
