The trailer was clean on the inside but damaged on the outside. When I tried to use the app to record the damage as requested by the auto text U-Haul sends, it would not allow me to take or upload a photo. Because you need to attach at least one photo, it would not let me upload the description of the damage. When I asked in the store, they just said take my own pictures. When they hooked up the trailer to our car, it was over the hitch of the trailer behind it so when we started to pull out, it caught the other trailer and dragged it with us. Fortunately I was still outside our vehicle and saw this so he stopped before moving too far. Lastly, I know you can't control what neighborhood stores have in their business but I will not rent from here again due the political poster hanging behind the main desk.

Timothy ZThe trailer I rented (a 5x9) was missing an anchor ring (completely gone) on the back right side, and the anchor ring on the left side was replaced with a cheap anchor ring that would not support a heavy load. This trailer should not have been rented in this condition without notifying the renter of the issues. The trailer was clean, but poorly maintained.
