Didn't know about $20 charge for late drop off. Sorry didn't notice fine print. Rented for 12 hrs, dropped off in 8.5 hrs, 30 min after closing. Could easily have returned earlier if I'd known. Otherwise, fabulous value, easy to haul. Grateful.

Much better service than Bauers custom hitches. Ive used them for years but never again. Uhaul site would not allow me to leave them a review because I had to cancel my reservation but Bauers is terrible.

Convenient and easy to use. Once the street repair in construction and the light rail is done it will be a little less confusing to access. They might have a U-Haul sign up that's a little more visible would be my only comment. Otherwise very helpful and kind attendants!

Because the enclosed trailer is NOT secured to the vehicle, the insurance needs to cover theft. We put a boot on the tire. The people are wonderful, I feel secure with my reservations, easy access, what more could I ask. Thank you

First time renting here, I would not hesitate to return if I need a rental van. Quick and easy check-in, After hours drop off was somewhat involved (take pictures of mileage - location where left and vew of the truck). But I'd say it was easy compared to what I have experienced in the past.

They put the delivery address at 430 1st Ave Cambridge. For the rental truck. I did the online check in and discovered there was no key box. The place wasn't open either. We had to drive the vehicle another 5 miles to a different drop off. I called customer service but waited over 20 minutes for a reply so I had to leave a note on the key. Worst experience
