Scott GThe 26 feet U-Haul that we rented was very dangerous to drive. It has assistance warning and service advance trac warning while we drive. I was very nervous throughout the 18 hours drive. The engine gives a stutter acceleration like it can't pull the 26 foot container behind it. When on cruise the engine struggles when going up hill. The brakes were hard to press down to brake. It was too late for me to swap for another one when the container has already been loaded.
Joseph CWe were met in the parking lot by the employees to help get the trailer unhitched immediately. Both had smiles on their faces and were pleasant. Kudos to this location for excellent customer service!
