The trailer I rented (a 5x9) was missing an anchor ring (completely gone) on the back right side, and the anchor ring on the left side was replaced with a cheap anchor ring that would not support a heavy load. This trailer should not have been rented in this condition without notifying the renter of the issues. The trailer was clean, but poorly maintained.
