How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe customer service was excellent.
Rebecca UThe location I picked up the trailer was great and helpful with my problem. U-Haul corporate gets an big F. They tried to charge me an extra $200 from the confirmed on line quote. When I called their customer service they couldn't tell me why there was a difference and wanted to move my problem to the next level, but that would take 1 to 72 business hours. I didn't have 3 days to wait for it to be resolved. I need the trailer now. I then asked for a manager, however no manager was available. I was told that I would have to wait 1 to 72 business hours for a manager to call me back. In the end a manager did call be back and he reduced the price back to the quoted price however this should have been resolved with my first call. Very poor customer service.
