Location was fine. Check in was easy. Truck needs to be retired. Very worn out. Had to slam doors in order to shut properly, seatbelt dangerous. Would not disengage without a lot of tinkering. If a driver had to get out of the truck quickly, it would be difficult. Rear door misaligned. Very difficult to open/close.

Truck was completely unlocked, filthy inside and the lights were very suspect. Despite talking to a U-Haul representative who put me on hold nothing happened and the representative hung up on me and never came back to me leaving me with a suspect truck!

Charles who manages this business is excellent. I have been renting trailers, trucks the past couple of months from this Uhaul center because the service Charles provides is outstanding! Everything seems easy. The only part I did not really like was the location I specified as my pickup and return was changed. I had to go a long distance to pick up and return the truck while there were other closer locations I should have been directed to. Also The truck was very clean but was smelling as if someone urinated inside it.

The U-Haul smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. Hard to breathe while driving. Also the truck was completely unsanitary that we had to do a small detail on the inside because it was so dirty.
Initially the truck we were told we'd get was given away to another customer, so we took what they had.

"Chuck" is a pleasant, nice gentleman. This is the 3rd time I have rented Uhaul equipment from this location. The 1st experience is why I have come back twice thus far. I have a business where I cleanout Estates....and need trailers and moving trucks. This location is the best to rent your equipment. This guy works HARD for every customer... Sure hope the owner acknowledges his hard work and provides financial incentives..... He deserves it!!!
