Scott PU-Haul app didn't work properly when trying to return the truck. After completing Step 1 it would acknowledge the step complete and then go back to the beginning page for returns. Contacted the live chat, agent or AI agent directed me to use the website by searching my rental and I was able to complete the truck return through the website.
Daniel BThe only thing wrong with that location you cant see the sign at night coming from the left side of the street, I passed it and had to turn around to see the sign on the right.. Thank God there was no traffic when I dropped off the truck 3am. The parking lot needs more lights its very dark to park.. Thats why that location received 4 stars but yes I would drop off again if I had too.
