Donna KI was charged for a 152 miles. We drove approximately 32. The truck was returned the same afternoon with key dropped in the box. I believe that the mileage was never changed in the computer from the last rental. The gas needle was just at F when we left. It was returned with a true full tank going needle going beyond the F. The location pushed me off to an 800 number which when given the options they do not connect. This was a terrible experience. Very unprofessional and I’ll never use U-Haul again.
