U-Haul app didn't work properly when trying to return the truck. After completing Step 1 it would acknowledge the step complete and then go back to the beginning page for returns. Contacted the live chat, agent or AI agent directed me to use the website by searching my rental and I was able to complete the truck return through the website.

The only thing wrong with that location you cant see the sign at night coming from the left side of the street, I passed it and had to turn around to see the sign on the right.. Thank God there was no traffic when I dropped off the truck 3am. The parking lot needs more lights its very dark to park.. Thats why that location received 4 stars but yes I would drop off again if I had too.

john cI usually deal with another U Haul location, but they did not have the trailer available I needed. They got me another trailer at this location. When I went to get the trailer, I ask the person if they gave a veterans discount?? He gave me a smart remark and said NO. The other location always gave me a veterans discount as a good faith jester. He then asked if I knew how to hook the trailer up?? I said not really and again he made a smart remark and went out to help with the hook up. The person was not very helpful as the other U Haul locations I used in the past. Very bad customer service. I was very surprised based on my pervious dealings with U Haui.
