I usually deal with another U Haul location, but they did not have the trailer available I needed. They got me another trailer at this location. When I went to get the trailer, I ask the person if they gave a veterans discount?? He gave me a smart remark and said NO. The other location always gave me a veterans discount as a good faith jester. He then asked if I knew how to hook the trailer up?? I said not really and again he made a smart remark and went out to help with the hook up. The person was not very helpful as the other U Haul locations I used in the past. Very bad customer service. I was very surprised based on my pervious dealings with U Haui.
