The guy totally lied to me! I was supposed to get the rental for $360. Instead of going over the paperwork with me when my card was charged $509, he told me that it was a hold on my debit card and would be returned when I returned the truck. That wasn't true. When I had to keep the truck a little longer, I was fully expecting the additional charges to be taken out of the "hold". Instead, I was told that there was no hold. The $509 was the charge and I needed to pay an additional almost $200. If I had known, I could have made different arrangements. I would never trust this company!

This is a gun store. It worked for a drop off location, and they have u-haul boxes. I didn’t see any towing accessories. Lots of guns and ammunition, though!

Lisa TI don’t think it was the representative’s fault but the Jack was very difficult to operate and the straps were not in good shape. I didn’t know that it was my responsibility to have my own straps for the trailer but thankfully there were straps on it, but they were not in great shape.
