Horrible customer service. The man who gave the u haul was aggressive and insulting. I can understand if you're having a bad day, but his rude behavior was so unwarranted and came out of nowhere. I can tell he's miserable but don't take it out on customers. I recorded the experience but I'd never visit this location again.

The location was extremely hard to find, they had a tiny Uhaul sign on the side gate, barely visible, street very narrow, hard to navigate with such big truck . Had to circle the block a couple times

The reservation, check-in, and check-out process was easy/effortless. The van was new, clean, and well maintained. Roy and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this location for a U-haul rental again. Highly recommended.

Have equipment fixed when renting, like lights tires, very important even if your not driving far, weight of freight would be heavy and with a equipment telling you, need air, flat or slow leak, can blow on you and may cause and accident, or waiting for a accident to happen. Other than that the service was great. I would recommend this business to friends and family!

This venue is in my neighborhood but I always went to Rahway that was where I was use to. Last minute Circumstance and I saw that they had what I needed available. Even though I needed it for less than an hour nevertheless the van was clean and everything was marked accordingly!!! The drop was easier than the pickup and quick. I used the van for about an hour and 1 mile and gas still at the same level! That’s how local I was!!! And the price was very reasonable. The owner was very pleasant and communicative!!! This is on my go to list for next time

I was charged for gas although I returned the truck with the same gas I received. It was actually more than when received. The return was 10 feet from the gas station and it’s literally on camera the truck being fueled. This feels like robbery.

The only issue was the change in pickup location, twice as far from my house, 20 minute versus 50 minute drive. Given 50 miles, but no compensation for the cost of the difference.
