The u haul was messy and clearly not cleaned prior to pick up. I took pictures of every and made sure the interior was cleaned when I left along with documenting the moving blankets were all accounted for and folded, but still got billed for one missing. In addition to this, the gas gage read a small amount under the halfway mark on the tank when I picked it up (again, documented) but having returned with the gage at the half tank mark I was still billed for a few gallons. What should have been $170 was more like $200.

ALLEN MWhen I went to the U-Haul app and booked the price it was different than the price I paid. Plus they charged me twice for the blankets but seemed unable to figure out how to fix it. The equipment was what it was supposed to be. But I felt like what happened online was trick to get me to book then I was overcharged when I arrived onsite for the rental.
