When picking this order up, I found it very difficult to understand the person behind the counter! Ultimately got everything figured out, but feel it took longer than what it should because of that barrier
Greg SVery disappointed with location and UHaul both. I tried asking if it was so much more in price because it was almost triple and the guy said little bit I asked him how much more and he ignored me and just proceeded to check me out. So I did that chat with customer service and was told nothing could be done after it was dispatched and I was pretty much out of luck. Now Im being charged and $20 for gas. I will be using Penske from now on!!!!!!!
